[CM] Using PAN function in Grace

In January 2020, Rick Taube announced :

It seems to me that Musx in Python is not quite the same as Grace in Scheme and may be not as flexible. Maybe I am wrong.

Will Grace still be developped (I hope so) and Metalevel updated?
