[CM] Notes From the Metalevel, ebook? future of?

Hi RIck, I think it would be hugely helpful for Scheme for Max if you were
able to do that (release the book), though of course I understand that the
publisher has the final call there.  Most of what is in there is directly
applicable to Scheme For Max, and it's really well written.
