[CM] Probably a bug with call/cc

Hi Bil,

I'm working with some http libs & wanted to try call/cc to make some
macro to help with the callback chains, but stumbled upon a possible
bug.

I'm attaching a demo that shows the problem:
- if (main) is called from the loaded file, the call/cc chain doesn't work
- if (main) isn't called at the s7_load_file time, but later from the
repl, it works!
