[CM] Showcase: s7 REPL with Reaper (the DAW)

Hi,

Just made public this https://github.com/actonDev/s7-reaper/
It exposes Reaper's C API to S7.

Quoting from the readme
Features:
- writing simple actions scripts
- writing gui scripts with s7 & dear imgui
- REPL over a socket
  that can leverage emacs to remotely control reaper

I think people that know & use Reaper will find it useful.

And, as mentioned in the readme, ideas/suggestions/help would be more than
welcome.
