> So there is no other way to point snd to flac There's read-flac in examp.scm which can be tied into the open sound process via open-hook, I think -- I just noticed that the example in examp.scm goes back to Guile days -- I'll update it. extsnd.html has an example that opens an OGG file which could be adapted to FLAC files.
