The simplest might be sourceforge under snd, but there
are also tarballs at 

ftp://ccrma-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/Lisp/snd-12.9.tar.gz

and the daily tarball

ftp://ccrma-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/Lisp/snd-12.tar.gz

The file README.Snd has other stuff (like how to use the
CVS site at sourceforge).  Someday I'll try to move this
to a more modern system like git.

The ancient address I have for sourceforge is

http://sourceforge.net/projects/snd/

but that may be out-of-date.
