[CM] Windows CM 3.8.0: Plugin graphs do not load correctly

yes it looks like the vst dll didnt get loaded...im not sure i will be
able to help you on windows but i can try. is 'plastique'
proprietary? or can it run on mac? id have a better shot at debugging
there....
