[CM] grace runs as root user only

juan thanks for testing, ill try to figure out the liblo linking  
problem there in the next day so i can add the osc port too. remember  
that this 3.6.0 app is definaty not stable!  (ive built a stable 3.5.2  
for you on ccrma ~hkt/Software/cm3.5.2)
