[CM] help menu

forgot to say that the help menu now has submenus for sal and scheme  
tutorials/examples and ive added ugur's  scheme translations of the  
tutorials to the Help>Scheme Tutorials> submenu.  I havent had a  
chance to look at these tutorials or clean them up in any way.

the scm examples menu is not very full yet, just osc, plotting and  
cellular automata.

cellular automata functions are jnow documented.
