[CM] new: cm3 command line options

Hi -

Build went very smoothly.  However, I'm getting an error trying to load a

william-mcallisters-macbook-pro:bin ben$ ./cm --load
JUCE v1.46
JUCE v1.46 (c) 2009 Julian Storer
SndLib 20.11 (c) 2009 William Schottstaedt

Any ideas?
