[CM] Grace 1.1.0 fomus and spear

you can import Spear data into cm3 using 'import-spear-frames'

i was hoping to add a fomus port in late august but i guess david  
psenicka is still working on the c++ code. once there is a libfomus  
ill make a port for it.
