[CM] CLM on CMUCL (was: Problems getting started with CLM/CM)

Scratch that for CMUCL.  At least if I load CLM with (load  
"library:clm/all.lisp") rather than through Common Music's use- 
system, I'm able to define and play simple instruments.  I wish I  
knew more Lisp right now so I could figure out why there's a difference.
