[CM] updated grace beta

An updated binary of Grace with CM3 completely implemented (including  
the spectral tools) is available:

ive also built a version with the Csound port enabled for leopard/x86.  
you must have the CSOUND5 framework installed to use it

a number of bugs have also been fixed and the Examples menu is new.  
There are also two new interactive examples: one is a Ligeti style  
continuum and the other a demo of how you can build gestures from  
smaller motive-like units.

this is it for the next release except for midifile support, hopefully  
complete this week.
