[CM] trouble with cm, osc + sbcl

odd. i just tied installing osc at ccrma and it worked fine.
did you do a ./configure?

cd osc
./configure
make

on linux that should make liboscrecv.so (possibly) a lib for working  
with gauche.
i cant remember about portmidi, ill have to look at the code a bit.
