[CM] help: loading instrument on clm

Are you using openmcl?  My notes indicate that version 0.14.3 worked,
but I haven't been able to test any after that (if there were any) -- versions
before 0.13 could not find the dylib files, I think.

If you have a late enough version (and if I'm guessing right that this is
openmcl), check to see if its a loader config problem -- you might
have to add the clm direectory to the list the loader searches -- I
can never remember how this works in OSX.
