[CM] CLM and file sizes?

Now that you mention it, I think my OSX version of CLM has the same problem --
in mus-config.h, the _LARGE_FILES and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS macros are undefined, 
but config.log says they weren't found -- I'll have to scrounge around and find
out how you enable large files on that system.  "off_t" is 8 bytes, so I assume
it's not impossible.  Thanks for the bug report!
