[CM] more re: CM and cm-gtk

No rts loaded. However, I have been loading the cffi stuff first. I just 
tried loading cm-gtk without loading cffi, the CMIO panel appears to 
work perfectly. My bad, I was assuming that cffi was needed for the 
cm-gtk module.

That now works here too.

Btw, there are two tabs for PortMIDI. Is that how it's supposed to be ?
