[CM] SuperCollider realtime support in cm

Hello,
People may have seen this already, but I just wanted to officially 
announce realtime supercollider support in realtime. There are many 
additional in the cm dictionary for the supercollider topic and there 
are also some examples in etc/example/rt-sc.cm . Things seem to work 
basically as I expect, however, I would really love feedback from 
people about how things are working and also ideas for improvement and 
making things clearer.
