[CM] some CM programs up on web

They run inside Common Music -- in this case CM 2.5 -- on your Lisp
interpreter. My interpreter/platform is CMUCL/Linux, but I don't think
it matters. Should work on Windows too, though I can't vouch for the
CLOCC and Screamer extras.
