[CM] ondes martenot

A casual search of the Internet with Google revealed at least two people
who currently play a real ondes martenot, though I'm not aware of
whether they are original or copied instruments. One is Jonny Greenwood
of "Radiohead", and the other is Christine Ott. See

to simulate it.

There is a CD of music for the instrument; the page there states that
370 of them were built and production ceased in 1988.

I also saw a MIDI patch to emulate an ondes martenot, but there were no
details other than a price of $8.50US.

I was planning to check the CSound home page for an emulation but it
appears to be down at the moment.
