[CM] portmidi, midishare and cm-gtk

Ive started versioning the interfaces to Midishare, Portmidi and cm-gtk  
and have added them to the Files page of CM's Sourceforge project:

If you cvs login to the CM repository you can also check them out using  
cvs:

	cvs checkout -P midishare
	cvs checkout -P portmidi
	cvs checkout -P cm-gtk

To use the midishare or portmidi interfaces you MUST update to CFFI  
051209-0232 (09-Dec-2005 03:32 or later)

CM's install page now take you to the new "home" for these packages  
(you might have to update that page in your browser) and ive removed  
the (old) unversioned archives from pinhead.
