[CM] cm in sbcl 0.7.9 and openmcl 1.0

now there are two common lisps that fully support clm cm cmn fomus:
	darwin/openmcl 1.0  (cvs)
	linux/sbcl 0.7.9
on linux ive removed the patching of sb-kernel::round-numeric-bound 
from sbcl.lisp. this means that on linux you should only try to use cm 
with sbcl 0.7.9 or higher unless you patch this functoin yourself.
