[CM] Csound 5 CFFI for Common Music

i would be happy to help implemennt whatever stream classes/methods are 
needed for reading/writing to the csound5 lib.
perhaps one of the "real time" streams (pm.scm, ms.scm rt-sc.scm) might 
be close to what the csound api requires?
