[CM] osx-10.3-snd

Hi,
I've downloaded osx-10.3-snd and when I type the command...
[PowerBook:~] username% ./osx-10.3-snd

I get the following message...
dyld: ./osx-10.3-snd can't open library: /usr/local/lib/libintl.1.dylib 
  (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
Trace/BPT trap

Any ideas?
