[CM] 2.4 Compiled for Win32

i have a version that i prepared for the book cd, but really it only takes about 30 seconds if you have a clisp command installed:

    $ clisp
    > (load "c:/path/to/cm-2.4.2/src/cm.lisp")

thats it (yes, use the / unix-style path demlim)

when its done building it will save a cm.bat file that you can use thereafter:

    $ chdir c:\path\to\cm-2.4.2
    $ bin\cm.bat
