[CM] snd on os x

I put two statically loaded snd images at ccrma-ftp:/pub/Lisp:
osx-10.2-snd and osx-10.2-xm-snd (the latter has the xm module).
You'll need an X11 server.

I'll try to upgrade to 10.3 soon.
