[CM] Issues with foster.cm?

I do not have anything firm, but I am experiencing:

(new cycle h h)
Error: ':H' is not an initialization for #<STANDARD-CLASS CYCLE>.

Looking at some other .cm files I see the :of keyword used for 
parameters which look similar.

This at least produces no error:

(new cycle :of '(h h))

But rather than bang on foster.cm I will try one of the others.

Is foster.cm stale?

BTW, does anyone have a simple working CM they could send me just to see 
if I have built the system successfully. Meanwhile I will try the others.
