[CM] OSX-openmcl - problems using :versions

Do this to turn on versioning for midi files:

	(set-midi-file-versions! t)

that is, versioning is now on a per file type basis, rahter than on a 
per-file basis. Somehow these versioning functions got omitted from the 
dictionary, sorry! Ill try to fix that in the next day or so.
