[CM] fix for windows/cm

Ive put a new tarfile on ccrma with the build error fixed for 
windows/clisp:

ftp://ccrma-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/Lisp/cm/sources/cm-2.4.0.tar.gz

if you are not using windows/clisp the tarfile has nothing new.
if you ARE using them and you also want to use the 'cm'  script for 
clisp
you will have to delete that first line: #!/sh
ill fix the windows scripts once i can fgure out what to do for 
windows/guile.
