[CM] new chapter/tarfile

ive got the latest chapter completed for anyone interested:

this chapter introduces how to work with csound, clm and cmn. for those 
of you old enough to remember the good old days of fm, the fm-morph 
process in the clm section has an index sweep that may bring tears to 
your eyes...

BTW: does anyone have an example of algo->cmn output i can use in the 
booK?
the one i include shows what to do but a more interesting example would
certainly be an improvement.

I made some small fixes to the tarfile, mostly to the Guile code:
