[CM] fixes fixes fixes

Nando -- the logical-pathname-translations is part of cltl, not cm. CM
doesnt use any logical pathnames itself, at least that im aware of! and
guile doenst have them.but you can set up a CM logical host yourself. by
doing (setf (logical-pathname-translations "cm") ...)
