in acl you can use the :EXIT command or the (EXCL:EXIT) function.
typing Contol-D ought to work, too.
USER(1): :exit

actually its a very good implementation of CLTL2. id go with that or Guile or OpenMCL if its available on your OS. I would avoid CLISP, CMU and SBCL.
