oops I forgot to add my wish: a plugin for finale or sibelius that could parse both flat score file style and structured (a la xml) file notations and display it. that way you could compute either scorefile syyle or layout style from lisp and then suck it into one of the standard apps to tweek it. maybe the plugin could used libguile/cmn for layout yuk yuk yuk
