[CM] How to use cyrillic symbols in CMN?

Hi,

there is one strange thing. When I tried to use cyrillic symbols in (text 
"В.Белунцов"), I got in output file question marks instead. ("?.????????"). 
How to get real cyrillic symbols (or other non-US symbols) in text in CMN?
