A huge "thank you" to all you kind souls that sent in bug reports on part 1 so far. Its amazing how many typos there were (are?) despite reading it a million times and sending it through two different spell checkers.

by the way tge the winning typo was:

	faction of integers

ive updated the material with the changes that have been suggested so far but i still have to figure out what to do about the row->matrix call in chapter 3 before its defined in chapter 8... 

updated docs also include better chapter links at the top and bottom of each page.
