Apparently RPM includes any scripts it finds in its search for dependencies,
adding the script engine to its dependency list:

> /usr/lib/rpm/find-requires
> # Auto-generate requirements for executables (both ELF and a.out) and library
> # sonames, script interpreters, and perl modules.

> /usr/share/doc/rpm-4.0.4/CHANGES
> 	  scripts to /usr/lib/rpm <arjanv@redhat.com> (#44581).

I can't find any way to turn this off (short of writing my own
dependency list), so I have to make the scripts unexecutable before
building the rpm files. I made a new set of snd-5-12 rpms.
