[CM] New version of ATSH

A new version of ATHS (the ATS file editor) is available at:

ftp://ccrma-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/Lisp/ATS/atsh.tar.gz 

Pablo fixed some bugs, especially some related to the UNDO. For the ones
of you running Windows (argggh! :) Pablo put together a version of the
editor using WinGTK and WGlade, you can download it from his web page:
