[Stk] Python bindings for the STK available on PyPI

Hello!

Thanks for maintaining the STK and keeping it open source! I have recently written some Python bindings for the STK, which are available on github [1] and as pip-installable wheels from PyPI.

It is still a work in progress, but all STK classes that implement synthesis algorithms have been made available through bindings. In case this is useful to anyone, I would be very happy to receive any feedback for improvements.
