[Stk] Disaggregation Algorithm

Hi Michael,

This sounds more like a problem outside the scope of the STK, which deals
with typical audio synthesis and audio processing tasks. Unless someone has
a better suggestion, I'd suggest you look at statistics or numerical
computing libraries like NumPy.
