[Stk] mailman reply behaviour for this list

I'd suggest moving the list over to Google Groups:
https://groups.google.com/

Bit of an overhaul, but Google Groups doesn't have that reply issue. Additionally, it provides a very nice web interface for browsing the archives. 

Thoughts?
