[Stk] mailman reply behaviour for this list

Hi,

Would it be possible to change the reply settings for this mailing list?

Hitting simply "reply" defaults to replying to the author, instead of
to the list, resulting in a lot of accidental off-list replies.
Replying to the list requires remembering to hit "Reply All" and then
editing the authors.

Most mailing lists I am familiar with default to the list address
being the default reply address.  There should be a mailman setting
for this.

Also, when I post to the list, I get the email back to me, which is
unusual.  There should be a setting to say "do not send back to the
original author."
