[Stk] RtAudio - Win - Kernel-Streaming

Hi Thomas,

I just made a new release of RtAudio (version 4.0.9, with support for Lion).  However, it does not have WDM support.  I don't use Windoze enough to work on that, nor do I have the time.  But RtAudio is on sourceforge, so if a developer out there wants to add the WDM API to RtAudio, that would be great!

BTW: A new release of STK will come out tomorrow.   A new release of RtMidi came out a few days ago.
