[Stk] STK controllers

Hey Menno,

These instruments do not have any control changes wired in.
Drummer is just a drum sample player, with note numbers mapped
to individual drum sounds.  So there's no control changes implemented.

Plucked is a demo of the very simplest Karplus Strong model,
so doesn't have any stiffness or other parameters.

Sitar was hacked together quickly, and I couldn't think of any
controls to put in.  It could sure use some, but I didn't put in any
when I first made it.

If you run the Demo or other TCL/TK interface demo projects, you'll
note that the extra faders say "disabled" when you select Plucked
or Sitar.  This is because there aren't any controllers implemented.
