[Stk] stk compilation fails on Ubuntu-8.10 (Intrepid)

Hello Stk-ers,

I just tried compiling the STK on Intrepid and found that it is less
forgiving than OS X is with omitted #include directives. That said, I made a
patch to the last release with all the missing includes (cstdlib, cstring,
etc.) which I have attached to this email.
