Has anyone been able to get the STK to compile with MS Visual Studio 2008? I tried to compile the demo app, and got the following error:
 
c:\documents and settings\nickdar\my documents\visual studio 2008\stk-4.3.1\src\rtaudio.cpp(3219) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'dsound.h': No such file or directory

When I tried to compile the threebee app, the error message reported that it could not find the dsound.lib. 
 
I'm loading the project work files from the STK version that was set up for the .NET version of the MS Visual C++ compiler, so perhaps this is a simple fix if all that is missing is the dsound.lib and associated files.
