[Stk] Online documentation

Hello all,

The online documentation doesn't seem to reflect the latest source code 
release (4.3.1).
For example, there's no mention of the protected "computeSample" method 
in the "Generator" class, nor is it any documentation for the new 
"Whistle" class.

Is it normal?
