[Stk] Stk examples on OSX 10.4.2

Hi all,

while I didn't have any trouble in compiling Stk on OSX 10.4.2  
(running on an 1.67 MHz Powerbook), I don't seem to be able to get  
any of the real time Stk examples (with the exception of the "play"  
example) to produce an audible output. All these examples work  
flawlessly on an other Mac running 10.3.9 (a dual G5).

Any advice on how to solve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
