[Stk] new STK release

STK version 4.1.2 is now available from the STK website:

  http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/software/stk/

This release adds some functionality and fixes some bugs (see the
Release Notes section of the web pages for details).  Look to
PlanetCCRMA in the next few days for the RPM package.  At this point,
STK can only be compiled for a single audio API, though that will
change in the next release (summer 2004).  It now includes Linux JACK
support (if compiled), as well as OSS and ALSA support.
