[Stk] Simple Link Error

I'm having an unfamiliar LINK error.

  Undefined symbol '__start' (descriptor)

I'm just trying to get the example code running. i created a empty project,
added the DEMO.CPP and modified the ACCESS PATH to point to the include
files... I must have missed something... Any suggestions?

os 9.2.2 and in os x
codewarrior v8
