[Stk] the MIDI to SKINI source code

Hi gary,
thanks for ur reply.
but i think the files in /projects/demo directory,RtMidi.cpp only deals with
the MIDI messages input from MIDI devices through the port.
yes,it's quite useful.
and I want to get more source codes which can transfer standard MIDI file
(*.mid) into the SKINI scorefile directly.
